Policies

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for every client, we’ve created a set of simple, transparent policies. These guidelines help us provide the highest level of care, maintain a relaxing environment, and respect everyone’s time. Please take a moment to review them before your appointment — your understanding helps us deliver the best service possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations to allow us to offer the time to other clients. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ will incur a cancellation fee of the value of the service booked.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may affect the length of your appointment or result in rescheduling to avoid impacting other clients. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you without compromising the quality of service.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are dissatisfied with the outcome, please reach out to us within 7 days. 

CHILDREN & GUEST POLICY

To maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that children under 12 not accompany you. Additional guests are also requested to wait in the reception area to avoid overcrowding in the styling space.

How do I know which lashes are right for me?

If you're unsure, don’t worry — I’ll assess your lashes during your appointment and recommend the treatment that will give you the best results.

Do I need to prepare my skin before my visit?

Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin and avoid exfoliants, retinol, and active ingredients 5-7 days before your appointment.

What should I expect after my microneedling?

You may experience mild redness, which usually subsides within 1-2 days. The following days your skin will be dry and flakey. By day 6-7 skin will feel refreshed, hydrated, and glowing.

How often should I get my lashes touched up?

For most clients, refills are recommended every 2-3 weeks. If you sweat a lot, wear eye make-up or are rough on your lashes, these are reasons your retention may not last well and more frequent visits would be recommended. 

Can I book a treatment if I have sensitive skin?

Absolutely. Depending on the severity of your sensitive skin a consultation is highly recommended.
